360º feedback:

Waters Learning and Development uses Panoramic Feedback, a customizable web-based 360º instrument to collect performance feedback which can assist professionals in identifying areas of strength and areas for professional and personal development. Assessment instruments are designed to give feedback from superiors, peers, and direct reports.  Feedback may also be solicited from customers, both internal and external, and other stakeholders.Individual data is reviewed to identify themes/patterns that can be addressed in a professional development plan.For organization-wide 360º programs, aggregate data is reported to the organization to facilitate strategic planning (including business and people strategies)
