At Waters Learning & Development (WLD), we have a great deal of expertise in the areas of organization development, sales training, management and leadership development, and communication/interpersonal skills. We design original programs which take a systems view, linking organizational strategy with project and individual needs. We strive to create training which is retained by participants and transferred to the workplace, offering more opportunity for the organization to evaluate the impact. We understand the unique learning needs of adults to be active and engaged, as well as to see the relevance of the information to their “real world.” Our instructional strategies are varied, learner-centered and attentive to the differences in communication and learning styles of a diverse audience. We care very much that our interactions and programs are considered “value added” by participants and their organization. |
